We offer a 7-day refund window for our paid digital certificates. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The refund request must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.
  • Trying Our Trial/Free Digital Certificates. Before purchasing our paid digital certificates, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our trial/free digital certificates. These trial certificates provide an opportunity to test the functionality and compatibility with your systems, ensuring they meet your requirements. By utilizing the trial version, you can make an informed decision about purchasing the full version of our digital certificates.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support. Provide the following information:

  • Your name & email
  • Order number and date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
    Our support team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain situations are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Refund requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Violation of our terms of service or misuse of the digital certificate
